We have an exciting opportunity for someone to step into the Trade Assistant position in our Refrigeration Contracts team.About the role:We are looking for someone who can use their training and experience to meet the installation objectives of the Refrigeration Contracts Department.
This is a hands-on role which will be based predominately in the field and responsible for on-site installation.Key responsibilities will include:Provide "hands-on" installation and other services on projects for the Refrigeration Contracts DepartmentMaintaining health and safety standardsWe are seeking someone who possess the below experience and attributes;Ability to learn on the job and follow instructionsBe fit and have a good knowledge of hand toolsHolding a Scissor Hoist Ticket is preferrable (but not essential)Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skillsWell organised with the ability to meet deadlines, plan, and prioritiseThis role can be based in Auckland or ChristchurchExperience working in the refrigeration industry is an advantage (but not essential)What can we offer you?McAlpine Hussmann is at the leading edge of providing commercial refrigeration and air conditioning throughout Australasia.
