WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: The RF Team Lead – Ground Segment and Operations is responsible for leading a small diverseteam of engineers and technicians responsible for:
1) designing, establishing and maintaining ground stations and related infrastructure; and
2) ensuring mission operational readiness of standard launch vehicle TT&C systems andassociated ground stations.
YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Engineering, majoring in electronics/ communications/RF or similar8+ years of relevant experienceProven ability to apply fundamental RF knowledge including cascaded device analysis, link analysis, modulation and coding schemes, etc, to the development of real world RF systemsExperience testing RF modules and systemsExperience operating RF test equipment including VNAs and spectrum analyzersExperience applying best practice systems engineering process and developing associated documentation such as requirements specifications, design documents and/or test plansKnowledge of IP networkingThe ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesEffective communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationshipsIf the above sounds like you,apply now!
