Revit Drafter

We seek a Revit Drafter to join our company in Mt Wellington. This position is full-time (40 hours per week—8 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday) and permanent.Duties and Responsibilities:Utilize Autodesk Revit software to develop 3D models and create detailed Revit Families.Generate 2D technical drawings, such as floor plans, elevation, and sections from the 3D Model.Prepare ducting details drawings.Collaborate with PMs and designers to understand project requirements and specifications.Prepare accurate and comprehensive quantity take-off based on the HVAC Plan and Specs.Ensure compliance with Healthcare Codes and Standards.Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of drawings.Incorporate design changes and modifications as directed by the project team.Maintain organized project files and documentation.Stay updated with the latest Revit software features and industry best practices.Functional Relationship:Econair Engineers and Project ManagerRole Requirements:A minimum of three years of relevant experience.Proficiency in Revit Software.Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle technical challenges and enhance workflows.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client relationship management.To express your interest in this position, please send your CV and Cover Letter to Alan Drake at ****** online for this role or contact Alan Drake for more information.
