Argus Fire Protection is a well-known company with over 40 years' experience in the fire protection industry. The company covers all aspects including fire system design, installation, and ongoing testing and maintenance. The business has gone from strength to strength and prides itself on exceeding its customers' expectations. As Fire Protection BIM lead, you will play a pivotal role in the design and coordination of fire protection systems. Working closely with designers, and contractors, your responsibilities will include: Utilising Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud to model fire protection systems. Conducting hydraulic calculations. Generating Shop drawings. Stock listings and fabrication sheets. Participating in project design meetings. Effectively planning workloads to meet project deadlines. Cultivating positive relationships. Qualifications / Experience To excel in this role, you should possess: At least 3 years' experience designing for construction or fire protection. Proficiency in Revit & Autodesk Construction Cloud. Relevant tertiary design qualification Strong IT skills. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. The position is a permanent full-time role in our Auckland branch, working 40 hours per week and paying a salary of between $90k and $110k.
