About the roleWe're looking for a unique person who thrives spinning many plates yet has fierce prioritisation. As the Revenue Planning and Operations Manager at Halter, you'll be the conduit of our global go-to-market engine. This is a critical role to support our expansion for next year and beyond, both within the New Zealand market after record growth, and also to support delivering on our growth aspirations into international markets including USA and Australia. Through strong relationships with our leadership team, you'll support the development and operationalisation of Halter's revenue goals, implementing and upgrading go-to-market processes, reporting, and enablement of tooling, as well as owning and overseeing our bottom-up budget and forecasting process.You'll constantly be pushing to the very edge of where you operate, establishing and simplifying processes to support Halter to move at pace whilst delivering a premium customer experience for our farmers and ranchers.Who are we looking forThe right person for this position will be incredibly collaborative, working cross-functionally to deliver data-driven strategies that set our go-to-market organisation up to win. You'll be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and making the ambiguous definite. Translating raw data into meaningful insights that drive action across the organisation will be your superpower, and you'll be passionate about ensuring that these actions support Halter to deliver a premium customer experience at all times.We're open to diverse backgrounds - as long as you are a brilliant doer and thinker with a passion for multi-tasking, we want to hear from you.What your day could look likeRevenue planning and analysis: Own the global go-to-market bottom-up budget and forecasting process, building the roadmap to our revenue and efficiency goals and generating reporting and insights to support the achievement of our targets.Development and execution of revenue and efficiency strategies: Your focus will span from the very top to the very bottom of the funnel, with the customer experience at the heart of what you do. You'll be using data to identify revenue and efficiency opportunities, working across a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver on these initiatives. On top of this, you will act as the conduit of our go-to-market organisation, ensuring a cohesive and streamlined customer journey.Support building and own the enablement of a world-class scalable GTM tech stack: Work with our Manager of GTM Ecosystem to implement tooling and streamlined processes that empower and set our sales and customer teams up to win, ensuring high-quality enablement and adoption across the go-to-market organisation.Ownership of the Go-To-Market reporting suite: Produce highly accurate and accessible reporting that unlocks key insights right throughout our tool-stack and the funnel. You'll be responsible for ensuring data integrity is kept to the highest standard through quality enablement and process hygiene.Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of go-to-market revenue optimisation trends and technologies, constantly upgrading our revenue operations engine to drive efficiency and performance.Pathway to Leadership: This role is a stepping stone to shaping Halter's Revenue Operations organisation. You'll have the opportunity to expand your influence across all aspects of our business, driving revenue optimisation initiatives that accelerate Halter's growth whilst delivering a world-class customer experience for our farmers and ranchers.
