ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to support our Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland operations.
This role will be instrumental in driving client success, optimising revenue operations, and enhancing operational efficiency. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Revenue Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive lifecycle campaigns, manage CRM systems, and implement data-driven strategies that strengthen client engagement and revenue performance. Key Responsibilities: Client Lifecycle Campaigns Develop, execute, and monitor client lifecycle campaigns to boost engagement, satisfaction, and retention in conjunction with marketing teams. Partner with marketing and client-facing teams to enhance client journeys, creating meaningful touchpoints throughout the client lifecycle. Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements to align with business objectives. CRM System Maintenance (HubSpot expertise required) Act as the main contact for CRM management, ensuring HubSpot (and other information tools) are optimized for seamless client engagement and data accuracy. Implement and maintain CRM enhancements and integrations to support efficient client service. Provide ongoing training and support for internal teams to maximize CRM usage across functions. Data Analysis and Reporting Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management, offering insights into sales performance, revenue metrics, and pipeline health. Conduct in-depth analyses of sales activities and pipeline management to support strategic decision-making. Revenue Operations Produce and distribute client performance reports to support data-driven decision-making and tracking of key metrics. Collaborate with finance and client service, assisting with forecasting, budgeting, and analysis of revenue-driving activities. Strategic Initiatives Allocate client service tasks and contacts to maximise relationship reach and engagement. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to drive efficiency and enhance result Requirements We are looking for someone with:? Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Vitally, etc.)
and other sales enablement tools. Proven ability to design and implement effective revenue and sales strategies. Expertise in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data. A background in revenue forecasting, budget management, and pricing strategy development. Ability to build relationships and foster collaboration across departments to achieve shared goals. A background in revenue forecasting and budget management.
