This critical leadership position reports directly to the newly appointed Director of Revenue and necessitates a strategic thinker who possesses a proven track record of success in multisite revenue management, robust analytics, and effective leadership.
In this dynamic role, the Revenue Manager will work in close collaboration with Hotel Managers to develop and execute innovative yield management strategies that are specifically tailored to maximize revenue opportunities.
This involves analyzing market trends, understanding customer demand, and leveraging data-driven insights to ensure that each property not only meets but exceeds its revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities | Nga Haepapa Support the implementation of comprehensive revenue management strategies for Sudima Hotels properties alongside the Director of Revenue.Analyze market trends and data to provide actionable insights and forecasts that maximize revenue streams.Support the onsite and remote reservations and revenue teams to drive performance to achieve revenue targets.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams to align revenue strategies with overall business goals.Maintain effective relationships with distribution partners and monitor channel performance to optimize revenue.Prepare regular reports and present findings to senior management and recommendations for improvements.May conduct training sessions on revenue management principles and best practices.Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and performance.About You | Ko koe tena Solid experience as a Revenue or Yield Manager in a hotel or similar environment.A comprehensive understanding of revenue management principles, analytics, and forecasting.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.Proficient in revenue management systems and tools.Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with different stakeholders.A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business conditions.Must hold the right to work in New Zealand.We are all valued | He kura te tangata As an employer of choice, we offer great employee benefits including life insurance, outstanding health and wellbeing programmes and discounts on hotels, restaurants, bars and spas across our network - not just for you, but in some cases your friends and family too!
