The Retention Specialist plays a pivotal role in retaining our donors through the development and execution of engaging communication journeys. This role is integral to ensuring the retention of our supporters by delivering high-quality, strategic briefs and campaign plans that align with fundraising best practices and World Vision's mission. As part of the Marketing and Engagement team, you will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to create a seamless and impactful experience.
What you'll be doing: Develop engaging briefs and create strategies using data driven decision making, with a focus on donor/customer retention. Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate projects and review creatives, aligning these to the World Vision Brand and Best Practice. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying updated with the latest communication and retention trends and integrating them into our strategies. About you: Strong project and stakeholder coordination. Excellent communication and presentation abilities and high attention to detail. Drive for customer experiences that are engaging and successful. Minimum 2 years' experience in similar roles. Innovative problem-solving mindset. Adaptability and continuous learning orientation.
