About the role
As a Retail Team Member, you will create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring great customer experience across the store, including:
Helping across various areas within our stores from customer-facing to back of house.
Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during, and post-sale.
Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor.
Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into the store, following store receiving processes.
About you
You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
Enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated.
Customer-focused and results-driven.
Effective communication skills with a diverse group of people.
