What You'll Do:
Drive Results: Ensure the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through strategic planning and effective expense management.
Lead by Example: Spend 90% of your time on the sales floor, directly interacting with customers, selling, and mentoring your team.
Elevate Customer Experience: Guarantee that every customer leaves our store feeling valued, supported, and excited about their purchase.
Develop Talent: Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team that's as passionate about PUMA as you are.
Protect the Brand: Manage Loss Prevention and Operational compliance, ensuring the store is safe, secure, and running smoothly.
Merchandise Mastery: Keep our store looking its best by executing visual guidelines and identifying merchandise opportunities.
Flexibility: Be prepared to lead during non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
