About the role
As a Supervisor, you will assist the store management team to ensure the store achieves its maximum sales potential and runs efficiently while ensuring our customers have a great in-store experience. Responsibilities include:
Fostering a "customer-centric" culture to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Sharing your expertise and product insights.
Ensuring a safe workplace through adherence to WHS safety programs.
Assisting store management in cultivating a motivated and effective store team.

Who are we looking for?
Minimum 1 year retail experience in a similar setting.
