About the Role: We are seeking an organised, efficient, and enthusiastic Compliance Manager with a passion for food safety and regulatory compliance to join our tight-knit team. This role involves ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of compliance across various products and sites, including dairy products, oils, juices, and water. The ideal candidate will be familiar with relevant legislation and have experience conducting audits and maintaining compliance documentation. The position is preferably based in Dunedin and requires regular domestic travel to our various operational sites within New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure regulatory compliance for Dairy Product and Dairy Material, Food Grade Oils Bulk Liquid Wine, and other Liquid Food Products across the Dynes Group of Companies.

Manage Annual Performance Based Verification audits with Regulatory agencies and Client requirements.

Develop and deliver annual training for all staff and new site operators.

Regularly audit procedures, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses or risks.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and efficiency skills.

Enthusiasm for food safety and regulatory compliance.

In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, including Animal Products Act 1999, Animal Products Regulations 2021, Animal Products Notice – Production, Supply and Processing, EU OMAR, Great Britain OMAR, Food Act 2014, National Programme 1, Water Services Act 2021, and NZ Customs Ltd Regulations.
