We are looking to employ a person having passion for customer service to lead our team in our GAS Service Station, New Plymouth.
Key Responsibilities: Look after overall affairs of the service station Organizing work flow in store In charge of employees and the facilities of the service station Buying, controlling and analyzing the stock level of business Advertising, pricing and promotion of products to maintain sales of business Setting of the marketing and purchasing plans Introducing the new products in the store Sales improvement to accomplish profitability Budgeting for wages and stock level Recruitment, training and supervision of staff Administration record and complete control of financial transactions Make sure that shipments of gas arrive on schedule, and depending on the facility Provide and develop excellent customer service standards Ensure the business follows all the health and safety policies and bring about the required changes.
Minimum Requirements: Holds relevant tertiary qualification Minimum 1 year of Management experience Hold Certificate of Attainment Regulations 4.5 of the health and safety at work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017 Shall have clean police record Able to perform the tasks independently A passion for excellence in customer service and sales Exceptional communication and relationship building skills Excellent understanding of merchandising and store presentation Number of positions: 1 Employment type: Permanent Hours per week: 32 Hourly Rate: Between $28/hr to $32/hr Must work: Weekend and Evening Shifts We offer a competitive salary with potential career opportunities.
