We are looking to employ a person having passion for customer service to lead our team in our GAS Service Station, New Plymouth.Key Responsibilities:Look after overall affairs of the service stationOrganizing work flow in storeIn charge of employees and the facilities of the service stationBuying, controlling and analyzing the stock level of businessAdvertising, pricing and promotion of products to maintain sales of businessSetting of the marketing and purchasing plansIntroducing the new products in the storeSales improvement to accomplish profitabilityBudgeting for wages and stock levelRecruitment, training and supervision of staffAdministration record and complete control of financial transactionsMake sure that shipments of gas arrive on schedule, and depending on the facilityProvide and develop excellent customer service standardsEnsure the business follows all the health and safety policies and bring about the required changes.Minimum Requirements:Holds relevant tertiary qualificationMinimum 1 year of Management experienceHold Certificate of Attainment Regulations 4.5 of the health and safety at work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017Shall have clean police recordAble to perform the tasks independentlyA passion for excellence in customer service and salesExceptional communication and relationship building skillsExcellent understanding of merchandising and store presentationNumber of positions: 1Employment type: PermanentHours per week: 32Hourly Rate: Between $28/hr to $32/hrMust work: Weekend and Evening ShiftsWe offer a competitive salary with potential career opportunities.
