The Role: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Store Manager for our beautiful Remuera store. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop store staff to ensure consistent and effective performance. Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and individual growth. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed. Drive sales to meet and exceed store targets and profitability goals. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium shopping experience for every customer. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Store Operations: Ensure the store adheres to company policies, procedures, and standards. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing shrinkage. Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines. Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and events. Implement local marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions, providing feedback for future improvements. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, including sales, profitability, and key metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Develop action plans based on analytical insights to drive store success. Qualifications: Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Passion for fashion and understanding of the luxury market. Why Join Us?
