We have 2 stores throughout Auckland where we sell Neuw Denim, Rolla's, Abrand, and due to growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic customer service-focused individual to join the team.Store Locations:Ponsonby, NewmarketDays of Work Available:Tuesday - Saturday35.0 Hrs per weekYour Responsibilities Will Include:Achieving Store Manager KPIs, including cost and revenue targets.Managing, training, developing, and motivating a team of retail staff.Effectively managing instore time sheets.Stock control and inventory management.Implementing and adhering to company policies and guidelines.The Ideal Candidate:Strong sales ability and a track record in achieving targets.A passion for training and developing your team.Strong leadership and coaching skills.Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.Ambitious and passionate about fashion.Naturally confident.Great customer service skills.Driven to achieve targets.A team player.Reliable.Perks:Stores are all close to public transport.Great staff discounts and incentives.To ensure you succeed, you'll join a supportive team who are passionate about their work and the success of the store, with development opportunities on offer for the right candidate.
