We have an opportunity for a high performing retail leader with a passion for streetwear fashion and performance clothing to manage our store in Onehunga Dress-Mart store. This is a key position within ilabb, so we are looking for a superstar that can drive this store to the next level and help to propel our company on its growth journey.

Experience required:
Strong Retail Management experience
Excellent communication skills; ability to build rapport with all staff
Forward thinking, dynamic attitude – able to identify improvement opportunities and follow through to drive results
Friendly, approachable personality
Providing support, mentoring, training and guidance to your staff to drive results
Meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking responsibility for sales and GP%, coming up with initiatives to improve performance
Collaborating with Head Office staff to continually increase store turnover
A natural ability to build rapport with any customer
The motivation and enthusiasm to join an exciting and growing business
