Retail Sales Manager - Mega Kapiti

Mitre 10 MEGA Kapiti, the biggest home improvement store on the Kapiti Coast is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to join our Team.
The Retail Sales Manager will contribute to the overall performance of the Company by facilitating an environment that seeks maximum performance from all Team Members in the Retail Sales Teams, whilst achieving all targets through effective management of sales, standards, service and operational processes.
This role requires: Passion for retail and Customer focus.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire Team.
Capability to drive sales and promotional plans.
A high level of merchandising and operational standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Practical knowledge of inventory control processes.
A minimum of 2 years proven experience managing in a multi department retail environment.
Understanding of legislative governance i.e Fair Trading Act, H&S regulations.
