If you are passionate about customer relationships, sales leadership, growing your team and the agricultural sector, then we want to hear from you.About the roleThe Canterbury Rural Supplies region incorporates eight retail stores and a team of Technical Field Representatives across Amberley, Cheviot, Culverden, Darfield, Greymouth, Hawarden, Leeston, and Rangiora. The successful applicant can be located in our corporate office near Christchurch airport, or at any of our stores within the Canterbury region.Reporting directly to the National Manager of Rural Supplies, the Canterbury Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for sustainable sales growth, increasing market share and improving the bottom line. This will be achieved through developing effective relationships with clients and suppliers, engaging field and store staff and creating a team culture where customer service and satisfaction is key.In short, we're looking for a great sales leader who can perfectly balance their focus on both commercial outcomes and coaching, growing and connecting with our Canterbury team of Store Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Technical Field/Horticulture Representatives.You'll have the support of colleagues from the wider Retail Group, such as our in-house Technical, Category and Marketing teams, along with the current incumbent who is progressing to another role within our Retail Group.
