We're searching for a Retail Sales Consultant to help us open our first outlet on site in Papatoetoe, Auckland and ensure our consumers receive unparalleled support and guidance on our products.
What you'll do:
Engage Customers: Welcome and assist customers, offering expert advice on our carpets and rugs.
Drive Sales: Boost sales by understanding customer needs and showcasing our products.
Set Up Shop: Help organize and set up our new store, ensuring it's always inviting.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with our product features and benefits.
Handle Transactions: Process sales quickly and accurately.
Manage Inventory: Keep an eye on stock levels and coordinate with our Customer Service and Logistics teams.
Maintain the Store: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Gather Feedback: Collect customer feedback to help us improve.
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and a passion for customer service
Retail sales experience, preferably in interiors or home furnishings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
