Job Title : Aquaflask Retail Sales Brand Ambassador
Job Location: Sylvia Park & Manawa Bay, Auckland
Position Overview:
Aquaflask NZ are looking for Retail Sales Brand Ambassadors for our new kiosks at Sylvia Park and Manawa Bay shopping malls. If you love interacting with people, have good customer service skills, and can adapt to the pace of a mall, come join us! This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule based on the mall's hours of operation, including weekends, public holidays and the holiday season.
Job Duties:
Provide warm and friendly service to customers, answering product questions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsible for product display and daily restocking to ensure kiosk is neat and orderly.
Operate POS system and process sales transactions to ensure accurate sales and cash records.
Manage customer returns and after-sales issues to maintain good customer relations.
Process online sales orders and dispatching.
Maintain stock levels, receipting stock transfers and ensuring stock is properly displayed in store.
Maintain the cleanliness of the store and ensure the store is in a presentable manner.
Execute in-store promotional activities and actively promote products and offers to customers.
Comply with mall and company regulations to ensure kiosk and stock security and compliance.
Ad-hoc administrative or operational activities as required.
Position Requirements:
Language Requirement: fluent in English and able to communicate with customers and the company without any barriers – ability to speak a second language would be highly advantageous.
Flexible schedule: able to schedule shifts as needed, including evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
Strong customer service sense: good communication skills and able to handle customer needs effectively.
Responsible: meticulous and able to work independently to complete tasks and maintain the daily operations of the kiosk.
Team player: able to co-operate with other colleagues and maintain good teamwork.
Ability to operate a basic cash register; retail experience is preferred.
