About The Opportunity As a Retail Sales Consultant, based in the Auckland store, you will be pivotal in ensuring customers receive the highest level of service and support in selecting audio products that best fit their needs.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Leveraging your strong product knowledge and passion for audio to provide exemplary customer service Acting as an ambassador for the brand, embodying its core values and mission Guiding customers in selecting and understanding the right products to meet their specific needs and budgets Exceeding sales targets through proactive engagement with customers Participating in product launches, demonstrations, and team training sessions Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive sales About You The successful candidate will have:
A proven track record in a similar retail sales consultant or customer-facing role A strong understanding of the AV market and a passion for audio products and technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers Exceptional customer service and sales skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs The capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment You will also have:
A proactive approach to engaging with customers and driving sales A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment A commitment to maintaining a positive and professional demeanour at all times
