Retail Sales Assistant

We are seeking a Retail superstar to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers, maintaining store presentation, and supporting sales goals. If you are passionate about retail and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with product selection, and provide knowledgeable information about our products.Sales Support: Process transactions accurately, handle cash and credit payments, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.Merchandising: Ensure that the store is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing. Assist with restocking shelves, arranging displays, and managing inventory.Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and back areas.Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work environment.Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays.Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems is preferred.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg.Ability to bend, reach, and move merchandise as needed.What We Offer:Employee discounts.How to Apply:If this sounds like you, apply now!We look forward to hearing from you.Job Type: CasualPay: From $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 – 30 per week
