We are on the hunt for a Full-time Retail Assistant to join our new North Shore retail store!
As a member of the retail sales team, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Supporting the Store Manager with key responsibilities including opening/closing of the store as needed.
Tuesday to Saturday roster
Collaborating with the store team to think of creative and engaging retail solutions.
Providing amazing customer experiences!
Quoting for custom-made window treatments; full training will be onsite with the experienced current team.
What you bring to the role:
We are looking for someone with a strong background in retail and a customer-centric focus. You should have:
An interest in product knowledge and a genuine interest in developing your retail career.
A passion for providing a high level of customer service and after-sales follow-up.
Motivation to achieve store sales targets.
A customer mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong prioritization skills.
