Retail Sales Assistant, Auckland (Full-time) Apply for the Retail Sales Assistant position located in Auckland, New Zealand. This is a full-time role (40 hours) with a Monday - Friday schedule, based in Parnell, Auckland. Training will be provided. Are you interested in making a difference in people's lives? Facilitate sleep tests and work closely with sleep physicians. Educate people on their sleep health. Find tailored solutions for customers and assist with therapy and sales of our medical devices. Qualifications: Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service role. Ability to provide outstanding reception duties to our customers. Maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure. Strong customer service skills focused on achieving the best outcomes for individuals. Strong and adaptable communication skills. Active listening skills with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns. Previous experience in healthcare or pharmacy is highly regarded.
