Retail Sales Administrator

Full time Green Meadows Beef is a proudly Taranaki-based business that was founded in 2012.
We manufacture beef, lamb, pork, and venison products from our plant in Waiwhakaiho, New Plymouth.
As well as our own brands, we manufacture for other market-leading businesses and private label brands for sale across New Zealand, the South Pacific, and South East Asia.
We are looking for a Retail Sales Administrator to join us working full-time Monday-Friday.
We are ideally looking for somebody to work 7:30am-4:00pm due to order flow.
What you will be responsible for: Processing orders for our dispatch team: importing sales orders, allocating stock, invoicing Preparing dispatch paperwork: address labels for cartons and manifesting Customer service: letting our customers know when orders are delayed, checking on deliveries, liaising with our sales team on promotions and in-store events Beginning accounts payable/receivable Assisting with other ad hoc office tasks (compliance systems, data management) The successful applicant will have: Great computer skills, ideally with experience in Cloud Based Accounting and Inventory Systems and Microsoft Office Great communication skills (written and verbal) A strong process and technical knowledge A good sense of humour and not be afraid of a challenge This is a fast-paced role which requires a confident individual with professionalism, attention to detail, and a calm head.
Candidates must have a legal entitlement to work in New Zealand.
