We are searching for a dynamic leader to take charge of our vibrant Kerikeri store. This exciting Monday to Friday role offers plenty of variety and autonomy, providing you with the opportunity to make a real positive impact!This role is a permanent part-time position, working 37.5 hours each week from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate is expected to start in early December.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing and managing shop operations and stock levelsDriving revenue growth by setting and achieving ambitious sales targetsActively promoting and marketing the store within the local communityManaging and maintaining store displays, and setting the pricing of stockRostering staff, leading and motivating volunteers and staff membersGenerating monthly reports and forecastingCultivating a warm, welcoming environment that encourages exceptional customer serviceQualificationsKo wai koe - About you:To be successful in this role, you will have:Solid experience in retail management, visual merchandising and an interest in second-hand goodsProven experience successfully managing a high-performing teamA highly motivated, proactive "can-do" attitude that drives you to identify and act on opportunities for improvementA results-focused mindset, with a passion for success and achieving set targetsThe ability to recruit, lead and motivate volunteersGreat relationship-building skills and strong community focusAdditional InformationMe pehea te tuku tono - How to apply:Click "I'm interested" before applications close on 24th November 2024.For further information please contact Elena Liang, Recruitment Experience Advisor on 0800 ST JOHN for a confidential discussion.
