You will be part of a multi-site / multi-brand retail management team, working closely with the Business Manager for the area, with plenty of opportunities for collaboration.
You will need to have a positive can-do attitude and LOVE to provide top-notch customer service.
We're looking for someone who will be a great fit for our team and will have transferable skills if they haven't worked in big box retail before.
We need a like-minded person to join our enthusiastic and highly- productive team!This position is full time, working Sunday to Thursday.
Key responsibilities will include:Being responsible for coaching and mentoring team members to meet and exceed targetsBeing accountable for the profitability of the store/s within the PCActively leading by exampleEnsuring administrative and audit processes are followedHaving proven skills associated with maintaining the integrity of inventoryMaintain a safe environment for our people and customers through actively promoting "safety first" in everything we doYou will be:Possess a passion for the retail industry5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a similar role in a big-box retail settingWanting to build your career in retail management Prior experience leading staff within the retail environmentDemonstrating strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skillsHave a high level of business acumen and excellent communication skillsAble to work autonomously and be self-motivated, and working as a team playerEnthusiastic and calm under pressureReliable Ability to multi-task and see the big pictureFlexibility to work rostered shifts including weekends and evenings
