The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of showroom operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive leader with a passion for home improvement and a strong background in retail management along with proven experience fostering a positive team culture. The ideal candidate will be an individual who enjoys being hands-on whilst leading the team from the shop floor.
