Retail Floor Manager

Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products) Full time You're a conscientious, self-motivated, honest, and enthusiastic individual. Your ability to retain information is essential for your self-improvement in this role. Turning up and "getting it" is necessary.
You'll have the ability to see opportunities outside of your current knowledge and the motivation to learn, improving yourself with a willingness to expand in the role to better uncover the needs of our customers. Understanding your own 'Why' is going to be super important.
This is retail within a small business. You'll be exposed to all aspects of the business over time. There will be no imperative mundanities or key performance indicators, unlike big box retail. This is a hands-on role where you will see what needs to be done and manage it while building upon your own knowledge and tasks within our retail business. Self-confidence within the role will be key to the unsupervised, sole charge aspects of your effort in the position.
