We are on the lookout for passionate Duty Managers to join our West Liquor & Village Wine & Spirits Teams. You will be provided with a structured training program to help you excel in your role, the opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced Retail Managers to learn the ins and outs of creating industry-leading shopping experiences, plus tailored leadership development programs to accelerate your career in retail!
The Role:

Deliver exceptional customer shopping experience
Monitor and uphold the Store's legal obligations under the Sales & Supply of Alcohol Act
Optimise Store presentation and promotional display using innovative retail merchandise strategies
Oversee all aspects of cash handling, stock management, health & safety, and staff training and development

What We're Looking For?

Previous experience working in a retail environment with a proven track record in exceeding store KPIs
A passion for delivering world-class customer service and a proven track record in building lasting rapport
The ability to execute retail merchandise strategies with a unique and creative flair
Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience in dealing with tough situations
Commitment to continuous coaching and mentoring to help your team become the best they can be

You must hold a current Liquor Control Qualification and General Manager's license and be physically fit as you will be required to lift, move and shelve stock.
