Retail Duty Manager (6 x Roles) required to work for multiple regions across NZ. 2 x Roles in each region i.e. Manawatu-Whanganui, Hawke's Bay and Christchurch (with the flexibility to work in other regions when required, as mentioned below). Scads Holdings Limited are looking for motivated and energetic Retail Duty Managers to work in their retail stores across various five (5) main regions i.e. Wellington, Northland, Christchurch, Manawatu-Whanganui and Hawke's Bay. However, the candidate must be prepared to relocate in between regions, as and when required. Key Job Description: • determining product mix, stock levels and service standards • formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices • promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services • selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use • maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions • undertaking budgeting for the establishment • controlling selection, training and supervision of staff • ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Key Attributes - Strong interpersonal and selling skills - Excellent customer service and rapport building skills - High energy and a passion to work for the liquor industry - Willing to work under pressure, late nights and weekends - LCQ & General Manager's Certificate would be an advantage. However, the company is willing to support the right candidate for training and qualifications.
