About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced retail butcher to join our team.
As a retail butcher, you will play a vital role in the production and packaging of our high-quality meat products. This position requires individuals who are skilled with knives, capable of heavy lifting, able to stand for extended periods and excel in tasks such as picking and packing, trimming meat fat, manual handling of meat, as well as associated cleaning duties.
This role is a permanent position.
Use knives and cutting equipment to trim, portion, and prepare meat products according to specifications.Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.Perform heavy lifting, which may include carcasses and boxes of meat products.Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure safety and hygiene.Accurately pick and pack meat products for distribution.About You If you are a hardworking and dedicated individual who is passionate about working in a dynamic and high-standard environment, we invite you to join our team.
