As the Retail Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our retail growth strategy. Reporting to the Chief Retail Officer, you will lead the development and execution of key initiatives with our retail partners, ensuring that Lotto NZ remains a prominent and valued presence in stores across the country. Your day-to-day: Retail Partnership Development: Lead and manage strategies with key retail partners to enhance Lotto NZ's in-store presence and performance. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and key store owners/operators. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement joint business plans that achieve mutually beneficial results over a 1–3-year period. Growth Initiatives: Identify and execute initiatives to grow sales and improve service levels across key accounts. Omnichannel Integration: Drive the implementation of omnichannel experiences and digital solutions in the retail channel. Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with our in-house data and analytics teams to identify and optimise growth opportunities. Retail Communications: Lead the development of an engaging communications program for all Lotto NZ retailers. A bit about you: Experience: Preferred 8+ years of commercial management experience, with at least 5 years in senior roles within retail or FMCG sectors. Skills: Exceptional commercial acumen, strong analytical and financial skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Leadership: Proven track record of leading revenue growth and customer service initiatives. Education: Relevant tertiary qualification, with preference for additional post-graduate or professional qualifications. Why Join Us?
