As well as providing Ambulance Services, our programmes and team of over 11,000 staff and volunteers are helping to build strong, resilient communities across the motu; supporting everyone in Aotearoa to live healthier, happier and longer lives.Job DescriptionOur Op Shop teams do fantastic work in the community selling affordable pre-loved goods, and this helps to fund our essential, lifesaving services and community initiatives.They have created friendly, supportive community hubs, offering much-needed local services and even help New Zealand to be more environmentally sustainable - more recycling means less landfill!Maybe you already have retail or customer service experience or perhaps you're looking for an opportunity to learn these skills - either way, we'd love to hear from you.What's involved?There's plenty of variety in this role, you could be doing anything from:serving customerssorting donated goodstidying the storeQualificationsKo wai koe - About you:We are seeking people who can spare4 hours a week (one half-day shift), ideally for at least 6 - 12 months.We're looking for caring individuals keen to give back to their community. Retail experience is great but not essential.
