Our new Palmerston North branch is looking for an energetic Retail Assistant/Salesperson, who thrives on delivering amazing service and having a laugh.
We have two roles available, one for 24 hours and one for 32 hours a week.
We pride ourselves on excellent Customer Service, and strive to 'go the extra mile' for customers. As a key point of contact for customers, you will be an integral part of the team at RV Super Centre.
While it would be ideal if you have worked within this industry, our team come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Full training will be given and questions are encouraged!
Some of your key qualities will include: Previous sales and/or retail experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships quicklyGood numeracy skills with an ability to understand sales calculationsA sense of humour, full of positive energy and ability to work well as a team memberAbility to work unsupervised & being responsible for the quality and completion of own tasksAbility to follow instructions and requests as directedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood IT skills specifically Excel data enteringAdaptability to changing work environmentYour role will involve: Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with your customersRespond directly to customer queries, complaints and feedback, and participate in customer investigations as required by Retail Assistant Manager / Retail SupervisorMerchandise and restock shelves, making sure merchandise is visually appealing to customersImplement changes to store/shelf layouts as directed by Retail ManagerEnsuring all products are ticketed appropriately and pricing is currentYou will be required to help us sell our RVs when necessary (commission will be paid!)Benefits and perks We offer a very competitive salary, plus commissionOur products are fun, and our jobs are too.
