Retail Assistant Mnagaer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store operations.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Customer Service: Assist in achieving sales targets and goalsProvide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaintsLead by example and coach sales associates on customer service and sales techniques 2. Store Operations: Maintain a high level of store appearance, organization, and safetyAssist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and stockroom organizationEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures 3. Team Management: Supervise and coach sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goalsAssist with recruitment, training, and development of sales associatesFoster a positive and inclusive work environment 4. Communication and Reporting: Communicate effectively with the Store Manager, sales associates, and customersProvide feedback and insights to improve store performanceAssist with reporting sales, inventory, and customer feedback Requirements: 1+ years of retail management experienceExcellent communication, leadership, and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesHigh school diploma or equivalent required Working Conditions:
