Retail Assistant Mnagaer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Service:

Assist in achieving sales targets and goals
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
Lead by example and coach sales associates on customer service and sales techniques

2. Store Operations:
Maintain a high level of store appearance, organization, and safety
Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

3. Team Management:
Supervise and coach sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
Assist with recruitment, training, and development of sales associates
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

4. Communication and Reporting:
Communicate effectively with the Store Manager, sales associates, and customers
Provide feedback and insights to improve store performance
Assist with reporting sales, inventory, and customer feedback

Requirements:
1+ years of retail management experience
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
High school diploma or equivalent required

Working Conditions:
Work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
