Pascoes New Plymouth - Permanent Key Holder Role We have an opportunity for an energetic, passionate salesperson and key holder to join our Pascoes New Plymouth branch.
We work with our teams, guiding them towards success and we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service.
Hours: Mon 8.30-5.30Tue 8.30-5.30Wed 8.30-5.30The right candidate will have the opportunity to learn useful sales and leadership skills that will help fast track their management career.
The Role: Assist to grow our businessAchieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store targetDevelop your leadership by assisting the store manager to run the businessCoach and role model our valuesMulti-tasking superstar who can get admin done while still putting customers first.About You: You must love customers and genuinely enjoy sellingYou will be confident and enthusiasticYou will be professionally presented and well-spokenHave enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the storeA flair for merchandising and a desire to share your passion for beautiful thingsBe reliable, positive and trustworthyWe are part of a large retail chain that provides a fabulous supportive pathway to a management career.
We provide full training in sales, product knowledge and leadership skills, including training in Wellington CBD for two days.
