Our Retail / Convenience store located in Upper Hutt Wellington is currently seeking an enthusiastic full-time and permanent Retail Assistants who can thrive under pressure. Our Store operates every day from early morning 06:00 am to 10:00 pm and weekend work is an essential part of this role.   About the role: Number of Positions Available: 2 X Retail Assistant Remuneration: Between $22.70 To $23.00 per hour Min working hours per week: 30 hours Job Type: Permanent Full-time Work Shifts: As per the roster between 06:00 am to 09:30 pm on weekdays Saturday between 07:00 am to 10:00 pm & Sunday between 07:30 am to 10:00 pm   If you possess the following attributes: Minimum of 3 years retail experience required. Welcoming customers to our store and offering assistance Listening to their needs and finding solutions. Providing product knowledge to help customers make their selection Ensuring the store is kept tidy and well stocked AT WORK No late nights be out at 10:00 pm when doing the afternoon shift A passion for customer service Good time management Professional level of communication and presentation Self motivated team player who is highly organised Problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet Ability to remain calm under pressure Clean Police record Physically fit as some heavy lifting is involved Drug and Alcohol tests will be carried out on the successful candidate prior to starting employment.
