Full Time Application Closes 11 Oct 2024 Otago - Queenstown Customer Service Representative About the RoleOur Retail Assistants are responsible for maximising guest satisfaction through excellent customer service and ensuring we create fun and memorable experiences for our customers through our busy Retail store.
We're looking for an energetic and motivated team player, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Previous retail experience is preferred, but on-the-job retail training will be provided.
The successful candidate will have flexible availability, as this role includes working evening shifts as well as weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
The ideal candidate will bring: customer service experience, a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills, a passion for providing fantastic service, an ability to work independently.
