In this role you will: Provide all customers with excellent customer service.
Complete all daily store operations.
Deal with customer queries and issues.
Keep up to date with the latest technology to assist customers in finding the right product for them.
Pack online orders on request.
Maintain Daily Stocktake Procedures.
Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
Assist the Manager with daily operational tasks.
Ensure the store sales and inventories are all correctly accounted for.
In order to be considered for this role you will need: Well-developed communication and listening skills.
Previous experience in a retail environment.
Computer literacy.
Availability to work on weekends and according to the roster.
Reliability and enthusiasm.
Vaping Industry Experience desired.
You will be required to work at least one full weekend day; this will be part of the roster. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to one weekend day.
