In this role you will: Be providing all customers with excellent customer service.Completing all daily store operations.Dealing with customer queries and issues.Keeping up to date with the latest technology to assist customers to find the right product for them.Packing online orders on request.Maintain Daily Stocktake Procedures.Maintain the cleanliness of the store.Assist the Manager with the daily operational tasks.Ensure the store sales and inventories all correctly accounted for.In order to be considered for this role you will need: To have well-developed communication and listening skills.Previous experience in a retail environment.Be computer literate.Must work on the weekends and according to the roster.Reliable and enthusiastic.Vaping Industry Experience desired.You will be required to work at least one full weekend day; this will be part of the roster.
