Retail Assistant

Joining our Botany store, you will work collaboratively with the team to provide top service to our customers and achieve all sale KPIs. Full training in sales, customer service, and product knowledge will be provided to assist you to be successful in your role. Full time and Part time Sales Assistant roles available. Must be available to do extra hours if needed, must be available on weekends and late nights. The role: Astounding our customers with excellent customer service at every opportunity Exceeding individual sales targets consistently Showing you're a team player and helping to build the positive team culture Ensuring all the administrative tasks are completed quickly and efficiently Learning and developing on the job. About you: You will be energetic and enthusiastic - a "people" person You will be professionally presented, well-spoken and experienced in retail sales Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and enquiries Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising and displays and other activities.
