The Role:
Join our dynamic and customer-focused team at the RV Super Centre in Mangere.
Specialising in recreational vehicles, camping gear, and marine equipment, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our sales strategy and delivering top-notch service.
What You'll Do: Customer Service Excellence:Provide outstanding service, build lasting relationships, and address queries promptly.Product Knowledge:Become an expert on our merchandise and systems, sharing your expertise with customers.Merchandising:Keeping our shelves visually appealing, products ticketed, and pricing up-to-date.Operational Tasks:Operate tills, handle payments, and maintain a clean store.Order Management:Facilitate special orders and manage stock deliveries.Promotions:Execute in-store promotions and assist at trade shows.Safety First:Actively participate in our Health and Safety program.Requirements: Experience:At least one year of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.Background:Knowledge of RVs, camping, or marine equipment is a plus.Skills:Strong communication, numeracy, and adaptability.Team Player:Work well independently and as part of a team.Tech-Savvy:Competent with POS systems, Excel, and Word.What's in it for You?
