Elle & Riley Cashmere is seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Area Manager to oversee our Auckland stores, with a primary focus on our flagship store in Newmarket.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Newmarket store team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.Provide support and mentorship to Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers at our Auckland locations: Commercial Bay, Remuera, and Ponsonby.Work closely with Store Managers on strategy and initiatives to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals across all stores.Assist with rostering, merchandising execution, and store events to ensure a seamless brand experience.Support the National Retail Manager by executing training programs for new managers and helping elevate in-store performance.Foster a collaborative and motivating environment for team members, enhancing both customer experience and staff development.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in retail management, with a passion for training and mentoring teams.A results-driven mindset, with the ability to support multiple stores in achieving their sales targets.Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.A keen eye for visual merchandising and a flair for executing in-store events.Ability to work primarily from our Newmarket store, while supporting other Auckland locations as needed.Join our team and help us deliver exceptional cashmere experiences in Auckland.
