Full training, guidance, and direction will be provided to ensure that the ReStore runs smoothly with a focus on sales and excellent customer service.This role would suit someone who has great communication skills, has experience as a retail supervisor, is responsible, and has a passion for preloved household items, clothes, books, etc.Responsibilities include:Assist ReStore manager in overall operation and profitability of the ReStoreAssist with orienting and training employees and volunteersImplement measures that are targeted at improving overall sales and revenue profitabilityAccurately complete cash up at the end of each trading dayEnsure that donors of merchandise are appropriately thanked for their contributionsAssist with merchandisingAssist with deliveries and pick up of donated itemsFollow procedures and protocols as set by the organisationRole model and uphold the values of Habitat for HumanityOur organisation is kind and empathetic as well as being efficient with great processes.
