We support you to grow and learn every day, making sure that work brings purpose to your life, so that during your journey with us, you can continue to explore Accor's limitless possibilities.By joining an Accor brand, every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrow's hospitality.Do what you love; care for the world; dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionScope and ObjectivesThis position is responsible for serving food & beverage to guests according to the service rules, policy, procedure & etiquette, in line with our motto.Key role and responsibilitiesEnsure correct grooming standards are followed at all times.Exceed guest satisfaction by knowing preferences and updating profiles.Maintain detailed knowledge of the restaurant menu & daily specials at all times.Be familiar with the beverage service including glasses used and appropriate garnishes.Follow up on restaurant's financial, LQA, TrustYou and Forbes targets daily.Anticipate and service guests' requirements at all times.Keep ahead of industry trends, creating and implementing new revolutionary standards.Use opening and closing checklists to ensure smooth operation of the venue.Ensure service stations are constantly cleared and re-stocked during service.Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.Present menus in a proactive manner.Feel empowered and accountable within the workplace.Keep manager on duty updated of any guest feedback for the Glitch Report.Maintain HACCP & FIFO standards as required by the regional governing body.Follow Hotel Evacuation Policy in case of an emergency.Attend all necessary briefings and training sessions as instructed by the Manager.Handle financial procedures according to guidelines set by the finance department.Identify potential problems and anticipate guest needs, asking for assistance before service breakdown occurs.Perform any duties and special projects as requested by management.Report all issues and negative guest feedback on the glitch system.Follow care program at all times, reporting issues to maintenance.Ensure all hotel property and facilities are maintained in optimal working order.Assist with collecting information for the monthly P&L review.Record and report Glitch incidents with integrity and transparency.Link all facets of service, cuisine, and entertainment.In charge of training and grooming.Exceed all hotel standards at all times.QualificationsPersonal AttributesMotivator & Proactive.Team player.Positive attitude and well-spoken.People person.Result driven.Open-minded.Display initiative.Organized.Commitment to professional values.Think outside of the box.
