Restaurant Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
Duties

Supervising restaurant staff and coordinating their duties
Managing inventory and ordering supplies
Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Training new employees and providing ongoing coaching to existing staff
Skills

Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams
Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including culinary skills
Hospitality background necessary, with a focus on customer service
Proficiency in food safety standards and regulations
Previous experience in a kitchen or bartending role would be advantageous
Experience

Supervising experience: 1 year (required)
Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
Hospitality: 1 year (required)
Customer service: 1 year (required)
Management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification

Driving Licence (preferred)
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay : £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours : 20 – 40 per week
