Purpose As the Restaurant Supervisor, you are at the forefront of creating a variety of dining experiences that showcase exceptional taste and service. Your main goal is to guide a unified team, guaranteeing the flawless execution of food and beverage operations while maintaining the establishment's high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities Take the reins during busy service hours at the front of the house, setting the pace and leading by example.Collaborate with your team to spark motivation and attain exceptional results together.Contribute to creating schedules, nurturing team growth, and harmonising departmental efforts.Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where you will turn every moment into a memory and every experience into a story.When challenges arise, your ability to transform obstacles into opportunities shines.Guide your team in attaining service excellence while actively seeking out information to enhance your product knowledge.Skills and Experience Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality and food sector.Prior history of guiding and empowering teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.Familiar and well-versed across diverse food & beverage settings and have flexibility to work across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required.Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory.Passion for engaging with patrons and leading a team of diverse professionals.At Accor, we welcome you as you are.
